All copyright of photographic images remains the property of Shane Webber Photography. Personal reproduction rights allow copying of images by the client for personal use only. Personal reproduction rights do not allow the use of images for corporate advertising, marketing or publicity in any way, including their use on websites or other electronic media. Corporate reproduction rights allow photographs to be reproduced by the client that has commissioned the images. These images may be used by the Client in their own promotional material, for marketing purposes, or other corporate use.
Data Protection
Shane Webber Photography holds all personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so. We will only use your personal information to send you occasional promotional material regarding our current products, services and special offers. For each visitor to our web page, our web server recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
If you do not wish to receive promotional material from us in the future, please let us know by altering your account preferences or opt-out using the given options within our promotional material. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt-out of these new uses.
Booking Fee
The booking fee secures the time and services of the photographer for the booking and is non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation. The booking fee is the agreed loss suffered by the photographer due to cancellation. Cancellation less than 6 months before the wedding will result in the payment in full. All cancellations must be in writing. Bookings that are postponed to a later date will retain the fee as long as the photographer can re-schedule for the new date and time.
Payments
Following payment of the booking fee, balances of fees due are to be paid as outlined by the photographer. No photographs will be delivered until all payments due have been paid in full. Payment for additional images is to be made when they are ordered.
Display
The photographer(s) may display any photographs included in this contract in his/her studio, web site, portfolio, literature, display areas, exhibitions, competitions, advertising or slideshows.
Retouching
Advanced editing, digital manipulation and artist finishing is available to the client as an optional extra.
Cancellation
The client may cancel a booking at any time by giving written notice to the photographer(s) but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid. Cancellation less than 6 months before the booking will result in the payment in full.
Digital Files
Digital files remain the property of the photographer(s).
Prices
All prices are subject to the then current rate of V.A.T.
Complaints
Any complaints should first be raised by the client with the photographer(s) in writing within 21 days from the date of receipt of images. In the unlikely event of an unresolved complaint the client may request the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers to mediate but only on the basis that its decision shall be final and binding upon both parties.
