One thing is for certain, choosing Nunsmere Hall as your venue is going to result in beautiful wedding photos. Nicola and Kevin made a fantastic choice picking this esteemed Cheshire country house for their special day. There are some places that you find something new and exciting every time you return and Nunsmere is definitely one of them. The couples summer wedding was so beautiful from start to finish. Getting Ready In The Bridal Suite
Nicola got ready in the bridal suite at Nunsmere. This gorgeous room has enough space for the bride and all her bridesmaids to enjoy the morning. A few glasses of fizz in your matching dressing gowns is part and parcel of a great bridal preparation! All the girls got into the spirit taking selfies and having a fun time. Nicola looked amazing with makeup by Sarah Meredith and she wore an elegant off the shoulder Mori Lee gown.
Light Ceremony Space
Whilst Nicola was preparing Kevin had the nervous wait at the aisle. Luckily Nicola didn’t keep him waiting long and they had a beautiful ceremony. The ceremony space lets in lots of natural light. For this reason wedding photos taken at Nunsmere Hall are always beautiful. A lovely image of Nicola as she met Kevin at the aisle showcases how happy and smiley she was the whole day. Photographing natural smiles is what it’s all about!
Wedding Balloons
Once the ceremony finished the couple and their guests stepped out into the grounds at Nunsmere. Equally as impressive as the interior of the property are the Nunsmere Hall grounds which make for perfect wedding photos. Shane captured natural pictures of the guests as well as the group photos. The picture of the bride and her bridesmaids was a little different from usual. Nicola provided large white balloons for each of her four bridesmaids to hold. We love when couples have interesting ideas for their photography and this made for a great picture.
Framing Photos
As Nunsmere Hall is blessed with such beautiful gardens it serves as a iddlic backdrop for portraits of the newlyweds. Nicola and Kevin took some time out away from their guests to take photos of just the two of them. The grounds have a lot of different trees and plants which can be used to frame photos to beautiful effect. One of our most loved portraits from the day uses this technique. The colours from the tree really make the photo pop, the use of yellow flowers works beautifully against Nicola’s blonde hair.
Beautifully Decorated
Later on everyone was called inside for the wedding breakfast and speeches. At Nunsmere Hall the photos of the speeches are always great. The reception room is bright and was beautifully decorated with flowers from Dreamweavers. Once finished with the meal the sun had nearly set and there was time to get a few more photos before total darkness fell. After which it was time to start the party!
Marquee Photography
The newlyweds enjoyed their first dance in the marquee. Inside the marquee an LED lighting system creates really interesting light for photos. A combination of purple lighting and golden light up letters from The Word Is Love made for contemporary photography of the first dance. Later into the evening the couple delighted guests with fire performers out on the terrace. Making for unique wedding photos at Nunsmere Hall.
