We have seen so many beautiful bridesmaid dresses over the years. Always choose something that will be comfortable to wear all day. It shows when a dress doesn’t feel right, the fit is the most important thing.

Not everyone can pull off a strapless dress. Some women find them annoying to wear and unless they fit perfectly you can end up pulling them up all day. A bridesmaid fiddling with an uncomfortable dress never looks good in pictures. Choosing a dress with thin and simple straps will make sure your bridesmaids feel secure in their dress.
Our bride chose a muted colour which tied in with the amazing Sass Flower wedding bouquets perfectly. To add a little more excitement to the dresses they include subtle embellishments. The higher neckline is great for bridesmaids who want to be really comfortable.
Winter weddings call for darker dues. These royal blue floor length gowns were perfect for this New Years Eve wedding! There is something really elegant about choosing a darker colour to fit the season. Our bride chose a high neckline for her bridesmaids to wear. This is another great choice for a winter wedding. High necklines are simple and elegant, plus they keep the chill off!
Bridesmaids In Black
For this Manchester Hall wedding the dress code was black tie. We love the bridesmaids black strapless dresses. They looked so chic! Black isn’t an obvious choice for bridesmaid dresses but they really were stunning. With the groomsmen all wearing black tie the group photos looked very elegant.

Mix It Up
At this beautiful Dorfold Hall summer wedding our bride chose a range of colours within the same palette. Although each bridesmaid was wearing the same dress they all had a unique colour for the day. This is a great way of making sure your bridesmaids each have a colour which suits their skin tone.

White Bridesmaids Dresses
It might seem a bit crazy to ask your bridesmaids to wear white on your wedding day! However this can be a very elegant look. Our bride wore a stunning champagne coloured Berta grown and paired her bridesmaids in beautiful white off the shoulder dresses. The look as very chic!

A really good way to tie in the bridal party is with one colour. This works really well for when bridesmaids have different shapes and can’t wear the same dress styles. Or if you want to include a male friend in the typically all female bridal party, adding a hint of the dress colour ties them into the group. It makes it really clear in the photos who is part of the bride squad.
Maid Of Honour
The maid of honour has no doubt been on hand through all the ups and downs of planning a wedding. Why not make her feel extra special? Choosing a different gown for your maid of honour makes her instantly noticeable too great for when she may be needed on the day.
Lots of women are a little self conscious about having all of their arms on display. Particularly on a day when they are going to be photographed – a lot! A little capped sleeve can look really pretty and make your bridesmaids feel more confident.
Bright And Bold
One thing is for sure, yellow is a colour for the bold! If you really want your bridesmaids to stand out consider choosing a bright colour for them to wear. Darker colours work best for winter and autumn weddings. Whereas bold colours like yellow work amazingly for destination weddings like this Ses Savines Ibiza wedding.
Off The Shoulder
These soft pink off the shoulder dresses looked amazing at Carrie & Marc’s Colshaw Hall wedding! Designed by Dessy, these bridesmaid dresses are super flattering. Choosing a style to work for all your bridesmaids can be difficult. An off the shoulder dress gives plenty of support and will be comfortable to wear all day and night.

Your bridesmaids will be wearing their dresses from morning bridal preparations right through to the end of the night. Making sure they have a good fit that works for them is really important. For the most support and comfort we recommend V neck dresses. This elegant shape looks fantastic on every shape. Your bridesmaids will look and feel great!
